Orders
Once your order has been placed you have 24-48 hours to make any adjustments to your order.
All adjustments must be based on a design costing the same amount and using the same colour base shoe in the same size as all shoes are ordered as soon as your order is made.
Any adjustments that total upto more than what your ordered total was will have to be paid before any work starts.
You are advised to make sure you order your correct shoe size as each pair is ordered for each client at a time and will not be able to be adjusted.
Turnaround time
Each custom has a different turnaround time which is stated in the items description.
I will not hold myself responsible for any orders placed with the assumption that they will be sent out straight away.
All shoes are made to order and not stock.
